About
A more thoughtful way to care for yourself
Nutrify My Life is a platform for nutrition education, structured wellbeing resources and coaching support for women navigating changes in energy, metabolism, lifestyle, hormonal transitions and confidence.

Philosophy
What we believe
- Nutrition without unnecessary restriction or guilt.
- Sustainable habits instead of temporary diets.
- Understanding women's changing nutritional requirements across different life stages.
- Recognising that health, stress, sleep and environment affect behaviour.
- Movement as a source of strength and confidence, not punishment.
- Building knowledge, independence and lasting wellbeing.
"Confidence is not a goal — it's a practice."
How it began
The story behind Nutrify My Life
Real nutrition for real life. For women. For their daughters.
I started moving my body when I was 14 years old. Not in a gym, and not with a trainer — but in the only place I could: the endocrinology hospital in my small hometown, where a woman hosted aerobics classes twice a week.
At the time, I was a teenager navigating puberty, and like many girls, I was told I was "solid." Not overweight — just "built that way." I was living with my father, who had lost his wife, my mother, very early. Cooking wasn't his strength, so most of my meals were schnitzel and fries.
That same woman gently introduced me to the idea of better choices — ones that fit my reality, my access and our financial limits. I started cooking my own meals. Soup, mostly. It wasn't perfect, but it was mine.
And my body responded. I got leaner. I felt more alive in my skin. It was the first time I understood the link between food, movement and how I felt — and, although I didn't know it yet, the seed of a mission that would take three decades to fully bloom.
It became personal. Then it became professional.
I spent the next 30 years learning, experimenting, reading and training — not as a career, but as a passion.
Then came the turning point: my daughter.
She started ballet at 11. By 14, she had been accepted, on scholarship, to one of the most prestigious ballet schools in Europe. She looked like me at that age: lean, determined and full of promise.
Then puberty arrived. Her body began to change, and the tools we had relied on stopped working. Her strength fluctuated, her recovery lagged, and she grew frustrated and began to doubt herself.
We turned to professionals, but found ourselves caught in a system that didn't fit. Some were well-meaning nutritionists who didn't understand the intensity and nuance of ballet. Some never asked about energy, mood, sleep or the toll of training schedules. Some praised her without giving real guidance; others handed her generic advice that left her feeling more lost.
No one asked about her cycle. Or her recovery. Or the stress of living away from home in a performance-focused environment.
I watched her slowly internalise the idea that she was doing everything wrong — when in fact, it was the guidance that was wrong.
That's when I knew I had to learn more
I went back to the science. I studied for Precision Nutrition's Level 1 certification, then went deep into sports nutrition, performance fuelling and the endocrinology of female athletic development. I'm now close to completing the ISSN Sports Nutrition Specialist (SNS) certification — the same standards used to fuel elite athletes.
I studied:
- Nutrient timing and energy availability
- Hormonal shifts during puberty, across the cycle and through perimenopause
- Sleep and circadian biology
- How stress, food and movement interact to shape the female body
- How under-eating or poor timing can lead to metabolic chaos — even with "healthy" food
The more I learned, the more I realised how many pieces of the puzzle are missing from conventional advice — especially for women, dancers, teenage athletes and mothers.
Why I created Nutrify My Life
I never set out to build a business. But as I struggled — and watched my daughter struggle — I realised how many women are doing their very best and still feel exhausted, bloated, inflamed or simply "off."
They don't need another trendy detox, or another conflicting blog post from an AI-generated website. They need someone who understands that:
- they might be working shifts, or two jobs
- they might have a limited food budget
- their body changes when they're stressed or not sleeping
- they might be in a hard season of life — grieving, recovering or overwhelmed
— and that they still want to feel good in their body, without being punished for it.
That's why I created Nutrify My Life: a science-based, hormone-informed alternative to the chaos of internet nutrition. A place for women — and the daughters they raise — to stop guessing and start understanding their bodies again.
What makes us different
We don't offer perfection, restriction or rules. We won't tell you to eat like a bodybuilder or count macros like a machine. We offer intelligent nutrition:
- grounded in female physiology
- built for your real-world challenges
- kind to your nervous system, your schedule and your stage of life
Whether you're 16 or 56, an athlete or simply tired of the roller coaster, I'm here to help you understand why your workouts stopped working, why "healthy" food doesn't feel so healthy any more, why you're tired even when you eat well — and what your body is trying to tell you, once you know how to listen.
You're not broken. You're just not being heard.
Nutrify My Life is here to change that. This isn't just a brand — it's a movement, built on science, empathy and more than 40 years of lived experience.
If you're ready to stop guessing and start nourishing, let's do this together.
