Real Nutrition for Real Life. For Women. For Their Daughters.
I started moving my body at 14 years old.
Not in a gym. Not with a trainer.
But in the only place I could — the endocrinology hospital in my hometown, where a woman hosted aerobics classes in a hallway.
At the time, I was navigating puberty with little guidance.
Living with my father after losing my mother young. Meals were mostly schnitzel and fries. And like many girls, I was told I was “solid.” Not unhealthy — just built that way.
That woman didn’t talk about diets. She didn’t count calories.
She simply offered movement, kindness, and a better way — one that respected our realities, access, and limitations.
So I started cooking my own meals.
Soup, mostly. It wasn’t perfect, but it was mine.
And my body responded.
That was the first time I felt the connection between food, movement, and how I lived in my skin.
I didn’t know it then, but that moment planted a seed — one that would take three decades to fully bloom.
Then, It Became Professional.
For years, I studied quietly. I experimented. I read. I paid attention.
Not for a new job — but for clarity. For health. For strength.
Then came the turning point: someone I love.
As a teenager, she entered the world of professional ballet - determined, gifted, and full of promise. She reminded me of myself at that age.
But as puberty hit, everything changed...
The tools that once worked… stopped working.
Her recovery slowed. Her confidence dropped. Her frustration grew.
We searched for help — and hit walls.
Well-meaning nutritionists handed her generic plans.
Some never asked about energy, sleep, or her cycle.
Others praised her discipline without offering real, useful guidance.
No one looked at the whole picture.
I dove into the science - and never looked back.
I studied female physiology, hormonal shifts, nutrient timing, recovery, underfueling, and how good intentions can still lead to burnout and metabolic chaos.
I became certified in:
I learned how food, stress, sleep, and hormones interact, especially in women, athletes, teens, and mothers.
The more I studied, the more I realized:
So much of the advice out there is incomplete, outdated, or just plain wrong for women.
Because I saw how easily strong women feel broken - by systems that ignore their biology.
Because I watched someone I love lose faith in her body.
Because I know how hard it is to try everything right… and still feel off.
